St. Claire Windows is the vinyl commercial brand of Thompson Creek Window Company appealing to property management companies, general contractors, investment property owners and architects in Maryland, Washington DC and Northern Virginia.
St. Claire is one of the very few window companies that chooses to manufacture and install its own products. This way, St. Claire can ensure the best possible quality control for its customers. St. Claire sees the project through from start to finish which it has done successfully since 1980.
Once you call or fill out the contact information, located on the web site, a project consultant will call and set an appointment. The consultant will provide you with a detailed scope on what your project will cost. A project manager will then do all the final measurements and detail the job. The factory will custom manufacture your windows and once made, St. Claire will provide high quality installation that will be overseen by the project manager. Any additional service attention you may need beyond the install will be available. Our warranties are some of the strongest in the industry covering both the product and installation.
All St. Claire windows are made by Thompson Creek Window Company in its 80,000 square foot manufacturing facility located in Landover, MD. In January 2008 St. Claire relocated their offices to the Thompson Creek headquarters.
